Michael Boydell’s passion is understanding and addressing the unique needs of high-performing individuals, specifically CEOs, executives, elite athletes, YPO forums, global organizations, and their teams. Michael graduated with a BA Psychology from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is an experienced executive, holding positions as CEO, President, start-up founder and Board member with high-growth, international companies. Michael’s work with Young Presidents Organization as a globally-certified coach draws from his own 19 years of personal Forum experience. His athletic experiences in team sports and endurance-distance triathlon deeply inform his approach.
