Since 2009, Mike has dedicated his professional life to understanding and serving the unique needs, challenges and opportunities of CEOs around the world. His passion is helping leaders everywhere spark that deeper connection to their own brilliance, as they strive for achievement, impact and fulfillment in their world. His work results in smarter, healthier teams and organizations; stronger relationships; greater individual impact and connection to the rewards of whole-life success.

Mike is a former senior corporate executive, business builder and strategist with public and private multinational companies such as Ernst & Young, Yahoo! Inc., and Hotjobs.com. Today’s CEOs appreciate that he has walked a few miles in their shoes making Mike uniquely positioned to serve the needs of high performance corporate leaders, in their unique world of ever-accelerating pace, complexity, ambiguity and at times, isolation.

Mike has served hundreds of leaders and teams from around the world, through individual coaching assignments, team and talent engagement initiatives and strategy planning off-sites. He is a former member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the largest global network of business leaders operating in 130 countries, and now delivers high-impact training programs and Retreat experiences to YPO chapters, Forums, and members as a highly-rated Certified Forum Facilitator.

His MBA was completed at the Richard Ivey School of Business and Mike did his BA in Psychology and History at Queen’s University. He has advanced certification in Tilt365 and Birkman Method leadership tools. He also completed formal training as a Board director through the Altruvest BoardMatch Leaders Program at Schulich Business School, and is an experienced Board member.  Mike lives in Toronto where he is a volunteer elite youth basketball coach. He is an active triathlete and has completed 70.3 and 140.6 Ironman events.
